ALA Recruitment Presentation

The Anteater Leadership Academy is the entire reason I was brought to UCI Continuing Education. It was a brand new program, and it needed people that were experienced in working with incoming freshmen.

I was asked at the programs inception to help with recruitment efforts. Part of that effort was giving info sessions and webinars, oftentimes to groups of 300+ people. Given how important this program was, I wanted to make sure the presentation was as unique and engaging as possible. This meant lots of photos and animations and a conversational, flowing script.

Thanks to our efforts, ALA saw over 300 enrollments after our initial push. Though our numbers decreased afterwards due to issues outside of our control, I still consider these presentations a tremendous success. Feel free to watch the presentation in its entirety below.
